Key's final line in Kiss Yo:

While Minho told Key to stop, Jonghyun told Key to continue
The
birthday boy, Taemin, was told to introduce the last song during
encore. Minho told him to do it in manly version so he went, "Omaera!!
(You)" causing the audience to went loud. Then he continued, "Ikude~!
(Let's go)"
Taemin.. that's Kansai dialect.. Osaka..
Each member's handwritten message was shown on the screen (different messages from the ones on the silver tape)
Key's message - "Every precious moment spent with everyone will be kept in my heart. I'll keep on working hard. KEY"
Kiss Yo:

4 - Minho's tossed away the ice cream prop, Onew picked it up and pretended to eat it with Taemin
Celebrating
Taemin's birthday - Minho was the first to cake Taemin's face while
congratulating him. Then he brought a towel for Taemin to wipe but
Jonghyun did it first. They ended up both wiping Taemin.
Then
Key said, "Next birthday is mine" so Jonghyun said, "Well, even though
it's a bit early..." and made to smear Key's face with the cake but Key
was quick to act and escaped. Jonghyun chased him all the way while he
said, "I have allergies and all, no way!"

Minho's message - "Everyone's eyes that twinkle like stars are my comfort"
Onew
held his mic upside down and talked into it like a phone, saying hello.
Minho joined in, "Where are you? Where are you right now?" "On the
stage"
During Start Onew became a Toki! Jjong borrowed a dancer's sheep mask.
(T/N: Toki - Japanese Crested Ibis aka Nipponia Nippon. Niigata's concert was held at Toki Messe)
Jjong called Onew Onew-tan instead of Onew-san
After Sherlock everyone showed Taemin's birthday slogan. When the lights came on, Taemin saw the surprise.
He squatted in the middle of the stage, eyes glittering. Everyone sang birthday song, and the cake came out.
Taemin lit up the candle himself
After he blew the candle and lights were back, Taemin was covering his eyes. Everyone peeked in...
Taemin: Even at time like this, I won't cry
Then at the venue's ceiling, laser lights forming "TAEMIN HAPPY BIRTHDAY"
They're
talking as they looked at the cake when Jjong pointed to the ceiling,
"Ah!" Taemin looked up and Jjong smeared Taemin's face with a lot of
cream. Minho joined in and made a cream beard on Taemin's face.
Taemin's face was almost all white.
Taemin
tried to clean his face but there was too much cream, so Minho came
with a towel and inserted it to Taemin's T-shirt, like a bib and said,
"Baby", caressing Taemin's chin and tease him like a baby. Taemin joined
in and did bbuing bbuing.
Key revealed that Onew said "Itadakimasu" before eating and "Itadakimashita" after eating.
(T/N: Supposed to say "Gochisousamadeshita" after eating)
KEY: What's your favorite song from the album?

KEY: Key-kun?
JH: Key-kun isn't a song title, is it?
KEY: Key-kun is a new song! Only Key-kun will be in the MV... bla bla bla
MH: ... Stop it already.
After
they changed their outfits for Dazzling Girl and came out to the center
stage Taemin's hat/cap fell. He continued to dance without it, and
picked it up a while later as if he just remembered about it.
Moon
River Waltz - Taemin's part after "Mou sugu sora ga aketeyuku..." He
sang the next line, "Sayonara~" a bit too early. They he said sayonara
itself was funny, and so was the gap of the silence between the supposed
line and Jjong's line after that.
Taemin couldn't take off his jacket smoothly during Sherlock, fumbled with it instead.
Everyone was taking off their jackets continuously, as if Sherlock became a song to take off jackets handsomely.
Except for Key.
During
Breaking News, the part where Minho jumped while leaning on Onew &
Taemin's shoulders, but probably the gap was too big so he gestured for
them to move closer but these two had already gotten into position so
they couldn't see him anyway. Minho eventually just jumped.
Dazzling
Girl - Minho had towel on his head, greeted "Irasshaini!" pretending
like a chef. Then they moved to other position but somehow Taemin was
alone at the left stage. Minho saw him and they laughed, Minho patted
his back? bottom?
After Dazzling Girl, Onew noticed Taemin was in the wrong position, patted Taemin's bottom twice correcting him.
The
staff cleared up the stage, wiping the cake/cream on the stage so that
the members wouldn't slip. Of course, the first one to notice them doing
that and said thank you to them was none other than Onew the leader.
New props..
Kiss Yo, during Minho's line "Ice cream? Chocolate? What do you like?" Minho was holding ice cream and chocolate props.
Key
greeted everyone, "Thank you for giving such a big present to the
maknae" which was quite touching but Taemin replied, "I'm 20 already.
I'm not a maknae anymore"
Smoking hot! Minho smeared cream across Taemin's face and then carefully wiped it off cleanly with a towel for him!
Master
Choi teasing Kiddo Taemin again~ After smearing him with cream, he
touched his chin and said "wujujuju", treating him like a kid!
There
was laser artwork spelling out Taemin's name for his birthday
celebration! Staff printed out Happy Birthday Taemin on top of the cake!
Taemin was overjoyed!
There
was an inflatable bed during Kiss Yo. Taemin went up to play with it as
expected but what was surprising was that Master Minho went up to lie
on it...
There
was a surprise birthday celebration for Taemin, the entire concert hall
held up "태민 to Man" banner (S/N : the banner was distributed by
Twominism as part of Taemin's birthday support) Taemin saw it and
immediately knelt down on the ground hugging his head. He was so touched
that he was unable to utter a single word
After
singing (Taemin's) birthday song, and blowing out the candles, Jonghyun
and Minho smeared cream on Taemin's face. Taemin then used a towel to
wipe it away. Minho came to help him and hung the towel in front of
Taemin's chest, just like a kid having his meal (a bib). Minho even
teased him by saying "wujujujuju". Taemin says "I am not a kid anymore, I
am an adult!"
Hyungs
asked Taemin to do a Breaking News PV ending 'special act'. Jonghyun,
Minho each held a corner of the towel to cover Taemin's face. While
waiting, Minho used the corner of the towel he was holding to wipe his
face. After Taemin has done the ending special, Taemin used the same
corner that Minho used to wipe his face as well.
During
one of the MC session, someone commented "so hot/warm" in a funny
voice. Hyungs started talking, 2min were both so tired that they hung
their heads down. Taemin then took 2 towels - he used one for himself
and passed another towel to Minho.
After
having his (Taemin) face smeared with cream all over, Jonghyun, who
stood beside Taemin, passed a towel to him. Choi Minho, (on the other
hand), went really far just to take a towel. On his way back, Taemin was
already using the towel Jonghyun had passed to him to wipe his face.
Minho then passed the towel to Taemin and then used it to clean his
whole face. Minho wiped (Taemin's face) for a very long time and really
carefully; and even used his hands to touch the corner of his lips. He
then turned (the towel) into a baby bib and started "wujujuju"-ing
(Taemin). At the end, Taemin wanted to throw the 'baby bib' to the fans~
He even smell the towel and gave a disgusted face/revolted expression,
yet he still held it in his hands, and did not throw it away~
