Make It Real: Chapter 22

Before proceeding to his work, Minho wanted to see Sulli to lecture her on what she did. He was obviously miffed at her intruding his plan as she just made it more complex for him. Why she needed to disclose his secret to Yuri or she just asking for some trouble?

"Stop meddling with this affair, please!" Minho was too mad that he yelled at his sister, making her scared stiff right after her defense. His face turned red and his temper was rising.

"I'm just helping you oppa. You don't love Juniel so why do you need to sacrifice your love for Yuri."

"I'm not sacrificing anything. I'll surely back to her at the right time."

"When?"

"When? Why are you too impatient my sister?"

Sulli could not admit it, it is jealous that making her act that way. She is really irritated with Juniel eversince and she warned him for that.

"Oppa, I told you not to marry that adopted girl even they force you. I know her well and she'll just bring you discomfort."

"Me and Juniel had talked about this matter. She knew that I married her only for her security and company. But I'm giving her free will to choose what she wants. She knows my purpose and that's it."

Even before Minho proposed to Juniel, he knew the possibility of developing romance between them. He felt attracted (more likely sexual) to her and she respond. However, he needs to protect his relationship with Yuri while being at this marriage. Moreover, their big age gap could not help as he found it hard to deal with Juniel's dependency. Minho did not want the girl to remain hopeful as it will only hurt her thus he was trying his best not to get attach unless it comes to marital activity.

Juniel wanted to speak with her Mama to cheer her mood but was informed by Shinil that her mother already departed from Seoul going to U.S. She then opened the laptop and decided to check her Facebook. She skipped breakfast as she got puzzled up by her husband's  behavior. Just last night, he was too hot but now he became cold. She could not think of any fault that made him change like that except when she told him "I love you." It made her felt guilty about it as she thought her aggressiveness turned him off.

Minho had forgotten to log out from his FB account making her access some of its privacy. His profile picture caught her as he looks charming and gracious in formal suit. She became more interested to see his other photos and albums. His timeline is solely about his business and with company associates. She opened the photos one by one and smiling at her husband's bright personality as she read his comment replies. She opened each album, until she saw some private folder which was named "'je t'aime." It contains a scanned photo of alluring woman on the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine. The model's name is Kwon Yuri who posed dangerously seductive and dressed in sexy gown. Juniel thought Minho was just a fan of her that is why he uploaded that on his FB. She downloaded some of her husband's solo captures and uploaded them back in her new album naming it "My husband." She then changed his relationship status into married.

"Dude, what made you present yourself to go to Vietnam? You can pass the job to the Managing Director." Chansung asked his bestfriend wondering on his motive.

"I'll seek out more opportunities there with potential high-worth investors too." Minho reasoned out.

"It will take you roughly one month to serve the tasks. How about your wife?"

Minho did not answer seemed care less with her.

As smart as he, Chansung had sensed it "This is scary. I thought you married Juniel at will. What are you doing  is like breaking away from your obligation with her."

"I need some space."

"But why?" The two men continued their deep and personal talk at Chansung's unit with some beers.

Meanwhile, It was already Juniel's second time to visit 711 that day to order some foods. She went to buy some hot instant ramen noodles and pack gimbap for the evening meal. She ordered double thinking of her husband too who might return hungry from work. After Juniel updated her facebook, she received lots of best wishes comments from her classmates which made her happy. They were all pleasantly surprised to know that the quiet and awkward girl is already married with the young tycoon. Juniel had no chance to announce nor invite them as their wedding was unplanned.

"We've been living together for 10 years and decided to get marry until this arrange marriage came." Minho open up his difficulty.

"Amazing that you were able to hide that relationship from everyone. I used to think that you're already committed to somebody else but not expecting that long. It's just unfortunate that your parents disapproved it."

"Yuri is my first and hopefully my last. No matter what she do wrong, I was able to understand it." Minho and Yuri broke up several times but were able to get back again. Their personalities are alike and their compatibility is just too strong. They needed not to be always together as they have their own careers, but whenever they are available they are enjoying the time.

"How about Juniel?"

Minho took another shot of beer "She's nice girl and sweet. The only problem is I'm not in love and she knows it." When he heard the girl saying I love you, Minho was somehow affected by it. However, he rebuked it considering his commitment with Yuri.

"Poor girl, you have plan to divorce her soon. I hope you didn't touch her or else."

"I did."

"Yay."

"You know what, she likes it  too. I mean, she would demand child and that's the only joy I can give her."

"She's asking for it?"

"The fact is that I like it too. I won't run from my responsibility nonetheless." The reason why Minho is less worried at her getting knocked up was he demand for it as well.

"Do you think you can divorce Juniel after that? You're married to each other. Whatever you're planning for, you're bound to her."

"I can predict that with our differences, maybe she'll give up herself. I can't give her much attention that she needed." He told him.

Exactly 11 p.m. and he still not around, Juniel was expecting her husband to return as he promised. She could not sleep as she kept worrying about him. She tried to use the mobile but she forgot to ask his contact number. Her eyes started to tear as she was all alone there, cold and scared. While due to being drunk, Minho could not able to drive and so he chose to stay and sleep in his friend's unit.
